Tips for a great result

Custom puzzles make a lovely present promising a great deal of pleasure in recreating the memory as the puzzle pieces are joined back together., so be sure to select a photo that's really specific.
Divide the image into 3. If more than 2/3rds are black or grey or white, this is going to be a challenge that people might not thank you for.

Find the original photo in your gallery and select it. Then share it with us via email.
When you email it – iPhone will ask if you want to send it as a small, medium, large, or Actual-size photo. We need Actual.
Android/Samsung won’t ask so no worries there.
If it’s been saved to your computer, please send the image as an attachment using your normal email program. Again, choose the largest, highest-quality (original) option, if prompted.
