The recent strike has significantly impacted operations, leading to mail delays and temporary increases in shipping costs.
**Here’s what we’re doing to support you:**
After several days of hard work, we’ve secured safe and reliable alternative transportation methods. While this comes with higher logistics costs, we are committed to ensuring you receive your favorite gifts in time for Christmas Eve.
**Tracked Orders**:
All tracked orders will ship as usual with carriers other than Canada Post.
**Customer Communication**:
If we need additional information to ship your order, we’ll contact you via email.
**Important Reminders for Shipping:**
If you live in an apartment, condo, or unit without direct mailbox/front door access, please include your phone number, buzzer number, and any relevant information at checkout.
**Order Changes**:
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes, including shipping address updates. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
**Combining Orders**:
We’ll do our best to combine multiple orders shipping to the same address, but we can’t guarantee they’ll ship together.
**Cancellations**:
Due to the personalized nature of most of our products, cancellations are not available once we’ve started processing your order.

- All CUSTOM items are made-to-order. For every piece in our collection, the estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.
- Delays on both Canadian and international flights are unpredictable during the holiday season.
Processing Time
Processing time differs from product to product. Custom orders may take 1-3 working days. The estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your PayPal email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.

We’re not out to make money on shipping, and we don't artificially increase our online prices to offer “free” shipping. Like every small business we struggle to come up with the ‘right’ formula, so for now, we’ll just keep working to manage costs, offer you the best possible value, keep it simple, and be transparent about it.
Our all orders are via Canada Post, so you can rest assured they’ll arrive safe and on time (3~16 business days to most Canadian destinations).
