After several days of coordination, we’ve secured safe and reliable alternative transportation methods. Although these come with higher logistics costs, our top priority is ensuring your gifts arrive in time for Christmas Eve.
Tracked Orders
All tracked orders will continue to ship as usual using carriers other than Canada Post.

If we require additional details to complete your shipment, our team will contact you directly via email.

If you live in an apartment, condo, or unit without direct mailbox or front-door access, please include your phone number, buzzer number, and any other relevant delivery information at checkout.
Order Changes
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes, including shipping address updates. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Combining Orders
We’ll make every effort to combine multiple orders shipping to the same address, though we can’t guarantee they’ll be sent together.

Because most of our products are personalized, cancellations are not available once production has begun.
