For designs where the overall layout remains the same as shown in the product listing, we will confirm your image quality but do not provide digital proofs.
Your puzzle will follow the layout displayed in the sample images, customized with your selected text (such as names or dates, if applicable) and chosen color options.
To maintain efficient production timelines, orders using standard layouts move directly into production without a separate proof approval process.
🖼️ Highly Customized Designs
For orders involving major layout changes (such as new fonts, repositioned elements, or custom artwork), a digital proof will be provided if this option is selected during checkout.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the proof to confirm that all details are correct before production begins.
If no response is received within 2 business days after the proof is sent, production may proceed based on the provided proof to help avoid unnecessary delays.
Highly customized orders are non-refundable once the proof has been approved or production has begun, unless there is a confirmed production error or defect.
