Q: WHERE DOES UARTIST STUDIO SHIP FROM?

  • We ship and produce all products from Halifax in Canada. For the rest of our shop, please refer to each product page description, it is always Canada. 

Q: CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • We use Regular mail to send Music Plaque / Phone Case / 108 & 300 pieces puzzl.  This method is not tracked.
  • If you wish for your item to be sent tracked for then please upgrade your option to :
    1. Expedited parcel  
    2. Xpresspost
  • 500 /520 /1000 /1500 pieces puzzle is tracked  in Canada.

Q: WHAT ABOUT THE SHIPPING FEES?

  • $2.99 for phone case  orders.
  • $3.99 for music plaque and 108/300 pieces puzzle orders.
  • This method is not tracked.
  • $17 for 500 / 520  /1000 / 1500 pieces puzzle orders.
  • This method is tracked. (Expedited parcel)

Q: I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER,WHAT SHOULD I DO?

  • You need to contact us ASAP BEFORE the item is shipped. Chat with us directly on the bottom right.
  • Once the item is shipped, if it's your mistake, you will need to repay for shipping BOTH WAYS in those specific situations:
    1. You selected the wrong cell phone model.
    2. You entered an incorrect address or made a mistake while entering your address and the item is shipped back to us.

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

  •  Immediately after you placed your order, your photo upload is sent to one of our staff. It is usually 1-3 business days to design, produce and prepare your order. Please refer to the specific product page for timeline depending on the final destination, all our products are shipped from Halifax Canada.

  • PayPal, Apple Pay or any major credit cards : Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover etc. can be used for payment.

Q. RETURNS POLICY

  • Due to the customized nature of all of the products we cannot offer returns, refunds or cancellations. Each customizable design is handmade by UArtist studio in Halifax, just for you!
  • If you received the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or your product was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question.
  • If you have placed an order recently and have changed your mind, please advice us as soon as possible, we can cancel it if we haven't started the design.
  • Customer satisfaction is important to us and we always aspire to make sure you're happy with the final masterpiece. If you are unsatisfied with your final product then please get in touch with us via the chatbox on the right corner, input your email to get quick answers directly in your mailbox.

Q. WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF YOUR PRODUCTS? IS IT A STICKER ON THE ACRYLIC / PHONE CASE?

  • No, it is printed using LED UV technology, it won't peel off or fade over time!
