Shipping Policy -Uartist Studio creates premium custom wooden puzzles in Canada.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

All custom items are made to order.
For every product, the estimated processing time is listed on the product page.

To estimate your delivery date, simply add the processing time to the shipping time.

Note: During the holiday season, both Canadian and international flight delays may occur. We appreciate your patience during these peak periods.


Processing Time

Processing time varies by product:

  • Custom orders: 1–3 business days

The estimated processing time is displayed on each product page.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification (sent to your PayPal email address) with tracking details and your estimated delivery date.


Shipping Within Canada

We’re pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over CA$60 across Canada.
If you’d like your order to arrive sooner, you can select one of our Express Shipping options at checkout.

Postage Transparency

We know — shipping costs aren’t fun.
We don’t inflate product prices to offer “free shipping.” Like many small businesses, we strive to balance affordability and reliability.

Our goal is simple: manage costs responsibly, offer fair pricing, and stay transparent about how we ship your orders.


Origin & Couriers

All custom puzzles are shipped from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post, Chit Chats, or other trusted Canadian couriers, ensuring safe and timely delivery (typically 3–16 business days to most destinations).


Shipping Address

Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout on our website.
Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order.
If a package is returned or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.


Address Changes

If your order has not yet shipped and you need it sent to a different address, please send us a message with the updated details.
We’ll be happy to update it before shipment.
