Your puzzle arrives in a kraft gift box with a reusable cotton bag for the pieces and a color reference print of your photo to keep beside you while you puzzle. To protect it in transit, we ship it assembled in a few sections. Gently separate them before you start.

How to Order
- Choose your puzzle design (Full Size Photo or Collage).
- Upload your photo. You'll need to upload it before adding the puzzle to your cart.
- Add to cart and check out.
- We check your photo, prepare your puzzle, and ship it within 1–3 business days.
Photo Tips
- This design uses a fixed landscape (horizontal) layout. A landscape photo works best.
- A portrait or square photo will need cropping. To keep a vertical photo as it is, choose the 300-piece puzzle instead (a little larger, any orientation).
- Use a high-resolution photo for the sharpest print.
- If your image may not print well, we'll contact you before production.

- The Heart & LOVE design elements are fixed and cannot be moved or removed.
