By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

3. CUSTOM ORDERS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Because UArtist Studio offers customized products, the following additional terms apply:

3.1 Ownership of Submitted Content

By submitting any image, photograph, design, text, or other material (“User Content”) for customization, you represent and warrant that:

You own all intellectual property rights in the User Content; or
You have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, or authorizations to use the User Content.

3.2 Copyright Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the legality of any User Content submitted.

UArtist Studio:

Does not independently verify ownership of submitted materials
Is not liable for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement arising from User Content
Reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that, in our sole discretion, may infringe upon intellectual property rights

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UArtist Studio from any claims arising from submitted content.

4. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

We make every effort to display product images and colors as accurately as possible.

However:

Screen displays may vary
Minor variations in color, brightness, alignment, or finish may occur due to printing processes
Custom products are produced based on the files provided by you

Such minor variations do not constitute defects.

5. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

5.1 Production Time

Custom products require production time before shipment. All production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

5.2 Shipping

We are not responsible for:

Courier delays
Customs delays
Address errors provided by the customer
Delays caused by events beyond our control

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. PRICING & ORDER ACCEPTANCE

All prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order
Limit quantities
Correct pricing errors

If we cancel an order after payment, a refund will be issued.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the personalized nature of custom products:

Custom-made items are generally non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival
Any defect claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after delivery
