Because each puzzle is personalized and produced to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a confirmed production error or defect.

If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us — we’ll review the situation and work toward a fair resolution based on the circumstances.


Accuracy of Personalization

Please carefully review all personalization details (names, dates, messages, etc.) before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for errors in personalization information provided by the customer at checkout.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage.

If a production defect or shipping damage is confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Claims submitted after 14 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
