All of our puzzles are custom-made and personalized, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our part.
If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us — we’ll do our best to resolve the issue based on the circumstances.
Accuracy of Personalization
Please ensure all personalization details (names, dates, messages, etc.) are entered correctly before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for spelling errors or incorrect details provided by the customer.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the damage.
We’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund items reported after the 14-day period.
